DESCRIPTION:The MPO Technical Committee consists of planning staff from State agencies and local departments\, to provide a technical perspective to transportation. The Committee reviews and develops plans for consideration by the MPO Policy Board. The RTAC includes individuals with technical knowledge in transportation and land use matters. The region’s five counties (Albemarle\, Fluvanna\, Greene\, Louisa and Nelson) are represented on the Committee\, through the local planning director.
