MPO Policy Board

The MPO is the region’s transportation policy body, when it comes to federally funded projects. As is required by statute, the MPO carries out a continuing, cooperative and comprehensive transportation planning process for the City of Charlottesville and the urbanized areas of Albemarle County that surrounds the City.
